Goodbye to tomatoes and peppers, but I’m thinking that perhaps the eggplant will survive. Last night we roasted our own home grown broccoli and cauliflower for dinner! Yum! We forgot to plant potatoes this fall, however two years ago one of our beloved customers brought us some potato eyes in early spring and we planted them and still got a crop! While I’m thinking about it don’t forget to save your butternut squash seeds to plant and harvest this spring.
