Our first PAL = PlantALong. This is where I need your help. My goal is to get young people off their devices and social media and into the dirt. So here’s my plan, I going to host a plant along on the blog and Facebook. Starting September 1st I will start posting information on how to create a container garden. First we will discuss containers, then the planting medium (i.e. soil), then suitable plants for a fall display. Notice I used the word “we” and not “I”, that’s because I want you chime in with your ideas, tips and tricks. I also want you to post pictures of your progress. All you have to do is follow along on the Nelson Water Garden Facebook page!
Hopefully this will catch the attention of the younger generation and they can join us in gardening.
